摘　　要：在铁路货运承运清算模式下,清算统计数据质量直接影响清算收入,以及铁路局集团公司的整体经营效益。结合中国铁路北京局集团有限公司铁路货运承运清算统计工作的实际,针对目前影响统计数据质量的票车不符问题、"司机报单"处理不及时、"运统1-乙"质量问题、装卸车信息问题、文电及调度命令发布与传递不及时等影响因素进行分析,提出提高铁路统计数据质量的对策,即:完善统计管理及考核机制,借助货票电子化成果,增加信息处理手段,严格落实作业标准,加大统计检查力度,为提高统计数据质量、提高统计工作水平提供借鉴。Under the railway carrier clearing model, the liquidation data quality has a direct influence on the revenues, the overall management and performance of railway companies. Taking China Railway Beijing Group as an example, this paper dugs into the factors causing poor-quality data： information discrepancies between freight bills and trains, delayed handling of the bills submitted by drivers, poor quality of the ＂transport statistics 1-B＂ system, misinformation about loading and unloading and postponed release and transmit of messages and dispatching commands. To improve data quality, this paper puts forward several strategies： improving the statistical management and assessment mechanism, applying electronic freight bills, introducing more information processing means, implementing operation standards and strengthening inspection, which are expected to serve as reference points.
