摘　　要：在互联网环境下,公益与众筹相结合,打破了传统社会互助空间和时间的限制,产生了新的社会互助模式——公益众筹。这种新型慈善在显示优势的同时,在发展过程中也出现了公益众筹诈捐、求助人夸大病情、平台缺乏透明度等问题,我国法律的制定在这方面比较滞后,导致网络公益众筹的规范问题亟须治理。因此,要加强第三方机构、医疗机构与平台的合作,杜绝平台诈骗事件;完善个人求助的法律法规;建立捐赠人捐赠知情权通道;建立众筹行业协会,规范众筹行业健康发展。The rapid development of science and technology has had a profound impact on all walks of life. The combination of the Internet and the traditional social mutual assistance model has seen the emergence of a new model of mutual-help——Internet-based public welfare crowd-funding. The joining of Internet into the philanthropic industry breaks the space and time constraints of traditional social mutual assistance, therefore more people will be helped with more convenience. As a new-born thing, public welfare crowd-funding has witnessed in the development process several problems, such as dishonesty, exaggeration of the condition and the lack of transparency in the platform. The supervision of our country＇ s laws in this area lags behind, and many relevant issues are in desperate need of resolution. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up cooperation between the third-party agencies, medical institutions and Intemet-based public welfare crowdfunding to eliminate deceits , improve laws and regulations for individuals seeking help, establish channels for donors to know related conditions, and set up associations of crowdfunding to regulate the healthy development of this industry.
