摘　　要：为了解郑州地区犬皮肤肿瘤的发病情况及其发生与犬性别、年龄等的相关性,收集了2016年郑州地区犬临床上自然发生的疑似皮肤肿瘤病例,制作石蜡切片后经常规HE染色,以及Masson染色、甲苯胺蓝染色,显微镜下观察肿块内的细胞形态。结果显示,收集到的42例犬皮肤肿物样本中非肿瘤病例占4例（9.5%）;肿瘤病例占38例（90.5%）,其中良性肿瘤21例（55.3%）,恶性肿瘤17例（44.7%）。根据患犬病例信息,经统计分析后发现犬皮肤肿瘤的发生不受犬的年龄、品种、性别及发生部位的限制。根据犬皮肤肿瘤的组织学特点并按肿瘤细胞来源将其分为上皮来源的肿瘤、间叶组织来源的肿瘤及其他细胞来源的肿瘤。To understand the incidence of canine skin tumors in Zhengzhou area and the correlation between the occurrence and the gender,age and so on of dogs,the suspected cases of skin tumors that occurred naturally in dogs were collected in Zhengzhou in 2016.After making paraffin sections,regular HE staining,Masson staining and Toluidine blue staining were performed to observe the cellular morphology within the mass under microscope.The results showed that the non-tumor cases accounted for 4 cases（9.5%）;tumor cases accounted for 38 cases（90.5%）,including 21 cases of benign tumors（55.3%）,17 cases of malignant tumors（44.7%）.According to the case information of the dogs,it was found that the occurrence of canine skin tumors was not restricted by the age,variety,gender and location of the dog after statistical analysis.According to the histological characteristics,canine skin tumors were divided into epithelial-derived tumors,mesenchymal tissue-derived tumors and other cell-derived tumors.
