摘  要:2-氨基苯酚-4-(2'-羧基)磺酰苯胺重氮化与邻氯乙酰乙酰苯胺偶合得到一单偶氮化合物,单偶氮化合物与硫酸钴钴化反应得到1∶2对称金属络合染料。本文重点介绍了C. I.酸性黄220无害化工艺,并对重氮偶合反应和络合反应条件进行了讨论。通过调整组分的配比,确定了染料合成的最佳配比和关键细节的控制,提高产品收率和质量,实现清洁生产,减污增效。Azo compound was synthesized from diazotized 2-aminophenol-4- (2′-carboxy) sulfonyl phenylamine and 2-chloroaceto- acetanilide by coupling reaction, and a symmetric 1 : 2 metal complex dye was obtained from the azo compound and cobahous sulfate. The harmless synthetic process of C. I. Acid Yellow 220 was described in this paper , and the conditions of both diazo-coupling reaction and complexation reactions are also discussed. By adjusting the ratio of the reactants, optimum ratios and the key control detail of the synthesis were confirmed, improve product quality and yield, achieving clean production, reduce dirty increase an effect.
