摘  要:以蓝光蒽醌发色体1-氨基-2-磺酸-4-(3-氨基-2,4,6-三甲基-5-磺酸苯氨基)蒽醌钠盐衍生物作为偶合组分和黄光K酸为重氮组分,设计并合成了新结构的单偶氮蒽醌混合发色型绿色活性染料。采用紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、红外光谱(FT-IR)以及核磁共振(~1H-NMR)对所合成的染料进行了分子结构表征。紫外可见吸收光谱表明,染料有三个吸收峰,分别为为424 nm、588 nm、626 nm,其中最大吸收波长为626 nm,染料结构中同时含有蓝光和黄光发色体,实现了设计的染料分子内拼色。该活性染料适用棉织物印花,具有优异的提升性能,Integ值高达57. 45,且耐光色牢度高达6~7级。与由C. I.活性蓝49和活性黄Y两种染料拼色的绿色染料相比,该染料重现性好,色牢度高。A new azo-anthraquinone reactive dye with green color was synthesized by using l-anaino-2-sulfonic acid-4- (3-amino- 2, 4, 6-trimethyl-5-sultonic acid phenylamine) anthraquinone sodium salt derivatives as coupling component and K acid as diazo component. The dye was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) , nuclear magnetic resonanec spectroscopy (2H-NMR) and ultraviolet visible spectra (UV-Vis). The results show that the three absorption peaks of the dye were observed at 426 nm, 588 nm, 626 nm, respectively, which indicated that the dye contained both monoazo group and anthraquinone chromophores. The reactive dye was a new kind of green dyes. The integ value of the printed cotton fabric reached 57.45. The green dye had good building up property. The color fastness to light could reach 6-7 grade. The dye had better repeatability and lower process requirements than the mixture of commercial dyes, C.I. Reactive Blue 49 and Reactive Yellow Y.
