摘 要:某沙漠油田集气站高压生产总汇管在安全使用3 a后,发现其管线下部发生了1处刺漏。为了找到刺漏形成的主要原因,本文从服役环境、工艺流程、内防腐措施、腐蚀监测及管线运行工况5个方面进行了分析。结果表明,刺漏的形成与管线内介质腐蚀性大、工艺流程上存在U形弯、未设置内涂层、缺少腐蚀监测措施以及管线内壁污水静置时间长、未排污所致的淤泥沉降附着量大等因素密切相关。在此基础上,有针对性地提出了预防刺漏产生的措施和建议。研究结果可为相关集气站生产汇管的刺漏预防与控制提供借鉴。A leakage occurs at the bottom of the three-year servicing high-pressure production manifolds of a gas gathering station in a desert oil field. In order to reveal the main reasons of the leakage, service condition, technological process, internal corrosion prevention, corrosion monitoring, and operating condition were analyzed in this paper. The results show that the formation of the leakage is closely related to strong corrosiveness of medium in pipeline, U-shaped bending elbows, lack of internal coating and corrosion monitoring measures, large sedimentation and adhesion of sludge due to long standing time of sewage in pipeline and the lack of sewage discharge. Furthermore, some measures for corrosion prevention were put forward accordingly. This research results can provide a referential guide for corrosion prevention and control of the leakage of production manifolds.
