基于“5W”模式探究突发公共事件中的时间节点应用——以山西长子县局长之子吃空饷事件为例

摘　　要：本文立足新媒体的传播特点,以拉斯韦尔的＂5W＂模式为蓝本,以传者、受众、内容、渠道和效果等传播要素以及它们之间的关系为线索,选取山西长子县局长之子＂吃空饷＂事件为案例进行个案分析,运用内容分析法对整个事件的传播过程进行梳理,根据事件传播过程的逻辑递进性、事件在不同媒体之间的转换、事件所产生的具体影响等对舆情传播关键时间节点进行分层识别,建立了事件发展的节点数据库,探究突发公共事件舆情传播的网络结构、节点位置及相互关系对信息的传播路径、传播速度及传播范围的影响等问题。研究表明,突发公共事件的传播和扩散具有复杂性和动态性特征;事件发展的时间节点是群体间传播的关键点,网络结构与时间节点位置决定着成员的影响力程度;信息扩散传播通过关键点可以很快渗透到群体中,引发裂变。在突发公共事件中,可以通过改变议程设置、抓住传播关键路径等手段嵌入式引导关键时间节点,减少谣言和恐慌情绪的传播。This paper based on the propagation characteristics of the new media, and used Lasswell＇s ＂5W＂ mode as the blueprint. From the relationship between disseminator, audience propagation as the clue, selects content, channel and effect factors and their e ＂freeloading by the son of the director of the Education Bureau of zhangzi County in Shanxi＂ event give the example of a case analysis. It is used the content analysis to sort out the propagation process on the whole event. According to the logical progressive nature of the event propagation process, the conversion between different media, the impact on public opinion. It is used the dissemination of key time node stratified identification to built the event-node database so that to explore the network structure, the propagation path of the node position and the relationship between information and communication speed and other issues in the unexpected public incidents. The study showed that the dissemination and diffusion of unexpected public incidents is complex and dy- namic, the time node in this development of the event is the key point that spread between the groups, the network structure and the time node position determines the degree of influence of the members, the key points can quickly penetrate into groups. In the case of unexpected public incident, it can be embedded boot time nodes by changing the agenda setting or seizing the communication of the key path to reduce the spread of rumors and tear.
