摘　　要：社会环境问题是社会关注的焦点.也是当前社会舆论的热点话题之一。当前,我国经济虽然发展态势良好,但环境问题越发严重。企业在追求经济利益的同时,应将环境保护并重,主动承担起企业的社会环保责任。本文以哈药集团制药总厂2011年被曝光的＂哈药污染事件＂为例进行研究,运用社会公民理论,探讨在环境危机事件中企业应尽的环境与社会责任,并针对企业履行环境与社会责任提出几点建议,以减少环境污染。Socio-environmental issues are not only the focus of attention but also the hot topics of current public opinion.Currently,with the rapid development of the economy,environmental problems happen more severely.In the pursuit of economic interests,corporate should pay equal attention to environmental protection and undertake corporate social responsibility.This paper takes ＂ Harbin pharmaceutical pollution incident＂ in 2011 for example,and uses the theory of citizens to explore the Corporate Social Responsibility of the enterprises in crises.Then it suggests that corporate should perform social and environmental obligations to help reduce pollution.
