摘　　要：石观海先生《诗词格律新说》是一部深入浅出、颇有见解的诗词学力作，作者从发生学角度探讨近体诗渊源，今儿总结近体诗的发展历程。对于诗词格律研究，廓清迷雾，阐明真知，是其学理立足点；疏导学拗，引导人们欣赏与创作，是其实践立足点。该书以新的视角突破传统审美习惯和评判标准，甚至提出现代填词的建议，通过实例提出独到见解，堪称一部为今人量身定做的学习诗词格律的现代教材。A New Point On the Metrical Pattern of Poetry written by Shi Guanhai is a simple but insightful masterpiece in the study of poetry. The author explores the origins of recent poetry from the point of generative theory, and then summarizes the development process. For poetry study, to present Genuine knowledge is his standpoint of theory; to lessen obstinacy and guide people to appreciate and write is his standpoint of practice. The book breaks traditional aesthetic habits and criteria with a new perspective; gives suggestions to compose a poem in current time; and discusses withreal examples. The book is a tailormade modern textbook for people today to learn Poem.
