广珠铁路珠海物流园区招商引资策略研究

摘　　要：随着广珠铁路的全线开通和全国铁路货运组织改革的正式启动,广珠铁路珠海物流园区迎来了新的发展机遇。通过分析园区招商引资现状、优势及存在的问题,可以看到,加快推进园区项目招商、积极开展产业招商和转变招商引资模式将是广珠铁路珠海物流园区招商引资战略选择的主要方向。4P’s营销组合理论和加快金融改革与创新视角的结合,可以更加明确园区招商引资应采取的对策。With the full opening of the Guangzhou-Zhuhai Railway and the launch of the national railway freight organizational reform,a new development opportunity comes to Guangzhou- Zhuhai RailwayLogistics Park.By analysing the present situation,advantages and existing problems of investment promotion of the park,We would argue that speeding up project promotion and industry promotion,and changing the mode of investment promotion will be the main direction for strategic choice of Guangzhou-Zhuhai Railway Logistics Park.From the perspectives of combining of 4P ’s marketing mix theory and speeding up financial reform and innovation,we can definitude the countermeasures that should be taking for investment promotion for this park.
