摘　　要：本文首先从历史与标准两个视角对普通术语加以审视,在此基础上,结合实例深入探讨了译学术语词典编纂的原则,提出在编纂过程中,必须遵循科学性、简明性、系统性、生成性、单义性、民族性与国际性这七条。这些原则之间既存在矛盾,又相互联系补充,共同构成一个系统,每一个成分都不可缺少。同时指出,贯彻原则的同时,还必须考虑读者、知识系统等要素,故实用性和灵活性亦十分重要。General terminology is explored in this paper,first of all,in the perspectives of history and criteria and,on this basis,combined with specific examples,principles to be applied in compiling dictionaries of translation terminology are explored,raising that it has to be observed in the process of compiling to be scientific,concise,systematic,genetic,univocal,national and international.Contradictory and complimentary to each other,these principles combine to form a system,each being indispensable.When the principles are carried out,it is pointed out that such elements as reader and knowledge system are to be taken into consideration,therefore it is essential to be practical and flexible,too.
