摘  要:本实验选用新西兰大白兔23只,分为激素治疗组8只,激素加氯苯丁酯治疗组8只,对照组7只。治疗后6周结果发现,激素治疗组血胆固醇和甘油三脂明显增加,而加用氯苯丁酯组血胆固醇和甘油三脂增加明显受抑制。激素治疗组出现脂肪肝,股骨头骨细胞内出现脂滴,并使细胞核受压,核固缩,甚至核消失。而激素加氯苯丁酯组肝细胞基本正常。股骨头骨细胞亦基本正常,细胞内未发现脂滴。表明通过氯苯丁酯的降血脂作用,可以改善激素所致的脂质代谢紊乱,从而抑制其对股骨头骨细胞的损害。Twenty-three rabbits were divided into three groups: (Group S.) steroid treated, (Group T.) steroid and clofibrate treated and controls. Serological tests examination were performed six weeks after treatment. The results showed the serum cholesterol and TG levels increased obviously in Group S. Although the Group T animals also showed hyperlipidaemia, their serum cholesterol and TG levels were much lower than those for Group S. The Group S animals demonstrated fatty degeneration of the liver. Lipid droplet were seen in the osteocytes of the femoral heads of these animals, which compressed the nucleus of the osteocytes and nuclear pyknosis or absent nuclei revealed in these rabbits. However, the constructure of the liver cells and osteocytes' of the femoral head were almost normal in the Group T. Lipid containing osteocytes were not seen in these anamals. These observations demonstrated that clofibrate decreased the hyperlipidaemia, modified lipid metabolism and diminished the steroid induced damage to the osteocytes.
