细菌生物发光成像实验性研究的文献计量分析

摘  要:目的随着技术的成熟,细菌生物发光成像已成为用于感染性疾病研究的有力工具。从文献计量学角度分析国内外细菌生物发光成像实验性研究相关文献,旨在为细菌感染领域研究者提供参考。方法检索Pubmed、Embase、Web of science、中国知网中细菌生物发光相关文献。用EndNote X7对文献发表时间、国家或地区、机构、期刊载文量、生物发光细菌种类、实验类别及用途、实验动物种类、细菌体内感染部位和细菌生物被膜(Bacterial biofilm, BBF)相关研究等进行分析。结果共纳入374篇文献,其中英文359篇,中文15篇。第1篇报道在1995年,随后发表数量呈上升趋势。目前超过20个国家或地区有报道,美国发文量148篇,居首位;生物发光细菌使用最多的是金黄色葡萄球菌;活体动物体内发光实验的文献有348篇,主要用于感染和成像条件摸索研究以及感染程度和观察治疗的评价;BBF感染也是细菌生物发光技术应用较多的方面。结论细菌生物发光成像已逐步应用于细菌抗感染领域研究,具有很大的发展前景。Background As the technology has improved, bacterial bioluminescent imaginghas become a powerful tool thathas recently been applied to the study of infectious diseases. Objective To analyze the literature on bacterialbioluminescent imaging of experimental studies and provide information to the investigators in the field ofanti-infection. Methods All publications relating to bioluminescent bacterial were searched on Pubmed, Embase, Web of science and CNKI. Endnote X7 was used to analyze published year, country, institution, journal, bioluminescent bacteria species, experimental design animal species, infection sites and bacterial biofilm. Results A total of 374 articles was included, with 359 English and 15 Chinese articles. The frst article was reported in 1995 and then number showing an overall upward trend. More than 20 countries or regions have published articles, among which the US headed the field and published 148 articles. Staphylococcus aureus was the most studied bacteria species. And 348 articles involved animal models, which mainly explored the test conditions of infection and imaging and evaluated the level of infection and efficacy of treatments. BBF infection was also an important aspect in which bacterial bioluminescent technology was applied. Conclusion Bacterial bioluminescent imaging is a promising technology in the field of infectious disease.
