摘 要:目的探讨检测血清(1,3)-β-D-葡聚糖(BG)对深部真菌感染(DFI)的临床意义。方法 2016年10月到2017年9月首都医科大学附属复兴医院血清BG检测标本513例,采用MB-80微生物快速动态检测系统及相应检测试剂盒定量检测血清中BG的含量,结合患者同期血液、痰、中段尿、便及其他体液等的真菌培养,对结果进行分析。结果 513例标本中,血清BG阳性247例,阳性率为48%,其中真菌培养阳性142例,占血清BG检测阳性的57%。结论血清BG的检测较传统的真菌培养法简单快捷,可用于深部真菌感染的早期快速诊断,对临床用药及治疗具有一定指导意义。Objective To study the detection of serum(1, 3)-β-D-glucan (BG) for the clinical significance of deep fungus infection. Methods Between October 2016 and September 2017, patients registered at Fuxing Hospital with serum MB-80 microorganism dynamic detection system and other body fluid fungal culture screened. Patients with their medical date were reviewed and analyzed for clinical predictor. Results A total of 513 patients were identified, of whom 247 (48%) were BG test positive, and 142 of them were positive for fungal culture, accounting for 57% of the positive serum BG test. Conclusion The detection of the serum BG is simple and fast and can be used in the early rapid diagnosis of deep fungal infection. It has certain guiding significance for clinical medication and treatment.
