摘  要:基于广域互联电网系统保护顶层设计原则与思想,结合华北多特高压交直流强耦合大受端网架格局特点,分析了华北电网特高压交直流典型故障扰动下的安全稳定特性。针对传统安控对于新网架格局下出现的安全稳定问题防控的不适应性,研究了华北系统保护的设防标准及多措施防控技术,并进一步研究提出了华北系统保护的功能配置及实施方案。结合华北目标年实际电网,仿真验证了提出的华北系统保护主要功能与关键技术的有效性。On the basis of the top-level design principle and thought of system protection of wide-area interconnection power grids and combining with the large receiving-end grid characteristics of North China multi-ultra-high voltage (UHV) AC and DC strong coupling, the safety and stability characteristics under typical fault disturbance of UHV AC and DC in North China power grid are analyzed. Due to the inelasticity of prevention and control for safety and stability problems in the new network pattern, the fortification criterion and multi-measure prevention and control technology of system protection in North China are studied, and the functional configuration and implementation plan of system protection in North China are further proposed. Combined with the actual power grid of North China in the target year, the simulation verifies the validity of the main functions and key technologies of system protection in North China.
