摘　　要：优化我国政治生态环境需要法治化的保障,良好的政治生态,离不开健全的法治体系。政治生态环境是由政治运行机制、政治组织行为以及政治运行结果与法治保障息息相关的现实所决定的。我国优化政治生态环境的法治逻辑体系,应当明确定位优化政治生态环境法治逻辑的政治属性,即如何准确定位优化政治生态环境的法治逻辑的社会主义属性,如何准确处理党的领导、依法治国与人民民主的关系。同时,应准确把握优化政治生态环境法治逻辑的法律属性,即建立什么样的法治体系,以确保政治生态环境的优化;还要准确把握优化政治生态环境法治逻辑的道德属性,即准确处理属于"义务的道德"的国家法与属于"高尚的道德"的党规党法之间的关系;特别是要准确把握优化政治生态环境法治逻辑的保障基础,即准确处理优化政治生态环境的法治体系与法治监督体系之间的关系,为政治生态环境优化提供制度基础。优化政治生态环境的制度保障需要从党内和党外两个方面着手,在党内需要加强党法党规的建设和完善,在党外需要国家加强法律法规的建设,共同净化党内政治生态环境。Optimizing the political ecoenvironment requires the guarantee by the rule of law. A good political ecosystem is inseparable from a sound rule of law system. It is determined by the political operation mechanism, political organization behavior, political operation result and facts closely relevant to the guarantee by the rule of law. The logic system of the rule of law for optimizing the political ecoenvironment should make its political attribute clear, that is, how to accurately define its socialist attribute and how to accurately handle the relationship among the Party’s leadership, the lawbased governance and the people’s democracy. At the same time, its legal attribute should be accurately defined, that is, what kind of rule of law system should be established to ensure the optimization of political ecoenvironment. It is also necessary to accurately master the moral attribute of logic system of the rule of law for optimizing the political ecoenvironment, that is, to accurately deal with the relationship between the state law involving obligational morality and the party rules involving noble morality. In particular, it is necessary to accurately understand the guaranty basis of the logic system of the rule of law for optimizing the political ecoenvironment, that is, to accurately handle the relationship between the its legal system and the legal supervision system, thus providing an institutional foundation for optimizing the political ecoenvironment. The optimization of institutional guarantee needs to be carried out from within the Party and outside the Party. Within the Party, party rules need to be established and improved; outside the party, China needs to strengthen the development of laws and regulations so as to jointly purify the political ecoenvironment within the party. 
