摘　　要：目的:了解2016年上海郊区外来务工子女学校卫生管理情况,为教育和卫生管理部门提供决策依据。方法:采用上海市疾病预防控制中心设计的《2016年学校卫生工作开展情况调查表》对上海郊区嘉定外来随迁子女学校开展调查,并与2010年数据进行比较分析。结果:外来务工子女学校卫生管理工作较2010年有很大改善。学校卫生综合管理总达标率达到86%,比2010年增加了12%;传染病防控总达标率达到86%;突发公共事件管理各项达标率均超过了75%,其中3项达到了93%;常见病管理总达标率达到76%,明显高于2010年达标率41%(P <0. 05)。在建立学生因病缺勤病因追查与登记制度和开展年度学生常见病检测两个方面的达标率较低,仅为64%和57%。结论:2016年嘉定区外来务工子女学校的学校卫生管理较2010年整体有所改善,但常见病检测仍存在很大问题,需上级部门加大监管,建立健全各项卫生制度。Objective To get a general knowledge of the change of health management in schools for migrant children in Jiading District between 2010 and 2016 to provide evidence for policy making of the government. Methods The Information Form of School Health Work in 2016 designed by Shanghai CDC（Center for Disease Control and Prevention） was used to obtain the data of school health work in Jiading District in 2016,which was compared with that of 2010. Results Health management work of schools for migrant children has improved a lot compared with that in 2010. Total success rate of the general school health management reached 86%,increased significantly by 12% compared with 2010; total success rate of infectious diseases prevention and control reached 86%. The success rates of all items of public emergency management were more than75%,and three of them reached 93%; total success rate of common disease management reached 76%,significantly higher than that in 2010（41%,P〈0. 05）. As for establishing etiology tracing and registration system for students＇ absenteeism due to illness and carrying out annual detection of common diseases among students,the success rates were low,which were only64% and 57%,respectively. Conclusions Although health management of schools for migrant children in 2016 improved compared with that in 2010,there were still problems with common disease detection,thus,supervision still needs to be enhanced.
