摘　　要：目的:了解嘉兴市化工企业一线工人的职业卫生知识、态度和行为状况,为该类企业职业卫生干预提供依据。方法:采用整群抽样的方法对嘉兴市3家小型化工企业共68名一线工人开展问卷调查,运用Excel软件对员工的职业卫生知信行情况进行整理和分析。结果:被调查工人的职业病防治法知识得分和职业卫生知识得分分别为(5. 04±1. 32)分和(3. 43±1. 32)分。职业卫生态度和行为得分分别为(3. 20±0. 81)分和(2. 93±0. 68)分。结论:该地区小型化工企业一线工人的职业卫生知识相对匮乏,职业卫生态度和行为得分较低,应当采取有效措施加强其职业卫生培训工作。Objective To investigate the effects of We Chat intervention on improving occupational health education in small-sized chemical enterprises,to know about the knowledge,attitude and practice（KAP） on occupational health among workers in small-sized chemical enterprise of Jiaxing city,and to provide basis for the occupational health intervention in these enterprises. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 68 front-line workers in 3 small chemical enterprises in Jiaxing by cluster sampling method. Excel software was used to sort out and analyze employees＇ occupational health KAP. Results The score of occupational disease prevention law knowledge and the score of occupational health knowledge were（5. 04± 1. 32） and（3. 43 ± 1. 32） points,respectively. Occupational health attitudes and behavior scores were（3. 20 ± 0. 81） and（2. 93 ± 0. 68） points,respectively. Conclusions The occupational health knowledge of workers in the small-sized chemical enterprises in the region is relatively scarce,and the score of occupational health attitude and behavior is relatively low.Hence,effective measures should be taken to enhance occupational health training.
