摘　　要：本文回顾了改革开放四十年我国探索社会主义和市场经济融合发展的历史进程,指出社会主义市场经济理论创新和体系建设,是伴随相关实践不断发展和成熟起来的,是中国共产党领导中国人民的伟大创造。围绕社会主义和市场经济能否融合发展、怎样融合发展的问题,有两次重要的理论突破:一是邓小平"南方谈话"中提出的"社会主义本质论"和"市场经济手段论",分别从实践层面和市场经济二重属性的辩证关系方面深化了对社会主义和市场经济的认识,从根本上解放了人们的思想,形成了社会主义市场经济理论创新的突破口,对社会主义和市场经济能否融合发展做出了肯定回答;二是党的十八大以来习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想更加突出强调社会主义和市场经济两方面优势的结合,在根本立场、发展理念、目标途径、外部条件以及新型政府和市场关系等方面,都对社会主义市场经济理论进行了创新性发展,系统地回答了社会主义和市场经济怎样融合发展的问题,推进了社会主义市场经济的体制创新和体系完善。This paper reviews the historical process of exploring the integration and development of socialism and the market economy in China during the past 40 years.It points out that the theoretical innovation and system construction of socialist market economy have been developed and matured with the development of relevant practices and are the great creation of the Chinese people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.There are two important theoretical breakthroughs around the issue of whether and how socialism and market economy can be integrated and developed.One is the ＂theory of socialist essence＂ and ＂theory of market economic means＂ put forward by Deng Xiaoping in his ＂ Southern Dialogue＂,which are deepened from the practical level and the dialectical relationship between the dual attributes of market economy.Understanding of socialism and market economy has fundamentally emancipated people＇s minds,formed a breakthrough in theoretical innovation of socialist market economy,and answered positively whether socialism and market economy can be integrated and developed;secondly,Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era has become more and more important since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Highlighting the combination of the advantages of socialism and market economy,the theory of socialist market economy has been innovatively developed in terms of its fundamental position,development concept,objective approach,external conditions and the relationship between the new type of government and the market.It systematically answers the question of how socialism and market economy can be integrated and developed.The problem has promoted the system innovation and system perfection of the socialist market economy.
