可膨胀髓内钉治疗闭合性胫骨干骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨可膨胀髓内钉治疗A、B型胫骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析35例胫骨干骨折患者的临床资料,患者均行可膨胀髓内钉治疗,通过术中失血量、手术时间、住院时间、愈合时间、愈合率、功能结果及并发症情况等对其疗效进行评价。结果本研究患者均术后随访8～19个月,骨折均愈合良好。平均术中出血量为(92.5±42.3)mL,手术时间为(60.3±11.5)min,愈合时间为(14.2±4.2)周,愈合率为100.0%,Johner-wruch下肢功能评分优良率为97.1%。结论可膨胀髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折术中出血量少、手术时间及愈合时间短,且最终愈合率及功能状况较为满意,是A、B型胫骨干骨折患者较为理想的治疗手段。Objective To explore the clinical effect of expandable intramedullary nail in the treatment of types A andBtibial shaft fractures. Methods The clinical data of 35 patients with tibial shaft fractures were retrospectively analyzed. Allpatients were treated with expandable intramedullary nails. The therapeutic effects were evaluated by intraoperative bloodloss, operation time, hospital stay, healing time, healing rate, functional results and complications. Results All patients werefollowed up for 8-19 months after operation and all fractures healed well. The average intraoperative bleeding loss volumewas （92.5依42.3） mL. The operation time was （60.3依11.5） min. The healing time was （14.2依4.2） weeks. The healing rate was100.0%, and the excellent and good rate of Johner-wruch lower limb function score was 97.1%. Conclusion Expansibleintramedullary nail is an ideal treatment method for types A andB tibial shaft fractures, which has less bleeding, shorteroperation time and healing time and satisfactory final healing rate and functional status.
