解脲支原体、沙眼支原体、淋病奈瑟氏菌感染与不孕不育的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨解脲支原体、沙眼支原体,淋病奈瑟氏菌感染与不孕不育的关系。方法选择我院2017年1月至2017年10月收治的35对不孕不育夫妻作为研究对象(研究组),另选同期35对健康夫妻作为对照组,分别比较两组解脲支原体、沙眼支原体,淋病奈瑟氏菌的阳性感染率。结果研究组解脲支原体的阳性率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组沙眼支原体的阳性率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组淋病奈瑟氏菌的阳性率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论解脲支原体、沙眼支原体,淋病奈瑟氏菌感染与发生不孕不育症之间具有密切关系,因此,临床上对不孕不育夫妻双方均需进行解脲支原体、沙眼支原体、淋病奈瑟氏菌检测。Objective To investigate the relationship between infection of Ureaplasma urealyticum, Mycoplasma trachoma,Neisseria gonorrhoeae and infertility. Methods From January 2017 to October 2017, a total of 35 infertile couples in ourhospital were selected as research objects （study group）, and 35 healthy couples were selected as control group during thesame period. Positive infection rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum, Mycoplasma trachoma and Neisseria gonorrhoeae in the twogroups were compared perspectively. Results Positive infection rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum in the study group wassignificantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Positive infection rate ofMycoplasma trachoma in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant（P〈0.05）. Positive infection rate of Neisseria gonorrhoeae in the study group was significantly higher than that in thecontrol group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The relationship between infection ofUreaplasma urealyticum, Mycoplasma trachoma, Neisseria gonorrhoeae and infertility is closely correlated, therefore, infertilecouples need to test Ureaplasma urealyticum, Mycoplasma trachoma and Neisseria gonorrhoeae in clinical practices.
