摘 要:以某炼钢厂300t转炉为原型,根据相似理论,通过相似比1∶7的物理模型试验,研究了吹炼过程中底吹供气强度和不同底吹布置方式等对转炉内钢液搅拌状况的影响.研究结果表明,不同底吹布置方式对熔池混匀时间影响显著.在试验方案的底吹喷嘴布置条件下,一般是越靠近炉壁,混匀时间越长.另外,在底吹喷嘴混匀时间较优和较差方案中,都是在较大流量下混匀时间有所减少,但A3的底吹布置方案用较小气体流量就可以达到较好的混匀效果.Taking a 300 t converter as the prototype, according to the similarity theory, the influence of the air supply strength and different bottom blowing arrangement on the stirring condition of molten steel in the converter is studied with the similarity ratio of 1:7 in the water model experiment. Research results show that different bottom blowing arrangement have significant influence on the mixing time of molten pool. Under the condition of the bottom blowing nozzle layout in the test scheme, the nozzles are closer to the furnace wall, the mixing time is longer. In addition,the mixing time is reduced under the larger flow rate in the scheme with better and worse mixing time of the bottom blowing nozzle, but in the A3 scheme, a better mixing effect can be achieved with a smaller gas flow rate.
