摘 要:在柳钢板坯2号连铸机生产管线钢L415-1S时,采用射钉法在不同位置测量断面尺寸220mm×1500mm在1.27m/min拉速下的凝固坯壳厚度,进而确定液相穴长度以及凝固终点,并将测量结果与现有铸机模型计算结果进行对比,优化轻压下参数并应用于生产,最终较好地改善了铸坯内部质量.This article introduces in the production of pipeline steel L415-1S by No.2 slab continuous caster in Liugang, the solidified shell thickness of section size 220 mm×1 500 mm under 1.27 m/min drawing speed was measured by shooting nail method in different positions, and then the liquid core length and solidification end point were determined. The measuring results were compared with the existing caster model calculation results, and the light reduction parameters were optimized and applied to the production. Finally, the internal quality of slab is improved.
