摘　　要：以道路绿化EPC工程总承包项目为例,从设计和工程设计的角度,分析设计、采购、施工等环节对优化设计流程、控制工程造价、提高社会效益等方面的作用,以期为设计院的管理和设计工作提升参考。Taking the general contract project of road greening EPC project as an example, from the angle of design and engineering design, this paper analyzes the function of design, procurement and construction to optimize the design process, control the cost of the project and improve the social benefit, so as to better guide the management and design work of the design institute.
