摘  要:目的探究工作坊模式对妊娠期糖尿病患者疾病认知水平、自护能力以及满意度的影响。方法选取本院2017年4月至2017年6月常规参加妊娠期糖尿病行为营养一日门诊的妊娠期糖尿病患者112例作为对照组,另选取本院2017年7月至2017年9月在常规行妊娠期糖尿病行为营养一日门诊的基础上增加工作坊模式护理的妊娠期糖尿病患者112例作为观察组。对比两组参与前后疾病认知水平、血糖水平、自护能力及满意度变化。结果观察组1个月后疾病认知水平、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白指标、自我护理能力、自护责任感、自我概念、健康知识水平、护理满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论工作坊模式应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者护理可有效改善其疾病认知水平及血糖水平,提高自我护理能力及护理满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of workshop mode on the cognitive level, self-protection ability and satisfaction of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 112 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who underwent routine care in our hospital from April 2017 to June 2017 were selected as the control group, and another one was selected from the workshop mode of nursing care from July 2017 to September 2017 in our hospital 112 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus as observation group.Comparing the two groups before and after par- ticipation in disease cognitive level, blood glucose level, self-care ability and satisfaction change.Results The cognitive level Of disease ,the fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin index,the difference was statistically significan,erf-care ability, serf-care sense of responsibility, serf-concept and health knowledge score ,in observation group was better than that in control group at one month(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of workshops in the nursing of gestational diabetes can effectively improve the level of cognition and blood sugar of the disease, improve the ability of serf nursing and the satisfaction of nursing, which is worthy of clinical populari- zation.
