摘　　要：目的探讨体素内不相干运动扩散加权成像（IVIM-DWI）各相关参数在成人正常胃壁检查中的可重复性、可重现性,并比较其在不同部位之间的差异。方法选取25名符合纳入标准的健康成年志愿者作为研究对象,签署知情同意书,应用高场MRI进行胃部检查。在第一次MRI检查中,重复进行两次IVIM-DWI扫描（可重复性）。于次日机器重启后,再进行第二次检查（可重现性）。记录感兴趣区在不同b值条件下的信号强度,将所得的数据利用专用工作站进行后处理得到ADC_（slow）值、ADC_（fast）值、f值、ADC_（standard）值。各相关参数在重复扫描间的差异及不同部位间差异的比较均采用配对t检验,各相关参数可重复性及可重现性分析采用组内相关系数（ICC）及BlandAltman法分析。结果研究对象的胃底贲门部、胃窦部在可重复性、可重现性测试中,IVIM-DWI各相关参数间的差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。在两个部位可重复性、可重现性重复扫描中ADC_（slow）值的一致性均为良好（ICC值〉0.8）,ADC_（fast）值、f值及ADC_（standard）值的一致性均为中等（ICC值=0.61~0.8）。IVIM-DWI相关参数在胃底贲门部与胃窦部之间的差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,ADC_（standard）值在两个部位间的差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论成人正常胃壁IVIM-DWI参数中ADC_（slow）值的可重复性、可重现性最好,ADC_（fast）值、f值、ADC_（standard）值为中等。ADC_（slow）值可以作为IVIM-DWI模型中稳定的参数进行水分子扩散的定量评估,进而辅助临床诊断。IVIM-DWI的相关参数能够反映出成人正常胃壁不同部位的差异。Objective To investigate the repeatability and reproducibility of parameters in relation to intravoxel incoherent motion diffusion weighted imaging（IVIM-DWI）in normal gastric wall,and to compare the difference in parameters of IVIM-DWI between different parts of gastric wall.Methods Twenty-five healthy participants who met the inclusion criteria were included,and written informed consent was obtained.Moreover,High field MRI was applied for stomach examination.All subjects underwent DWI scan twice in the first MRI scan（to determine repeatability）and repeated DWI scan again in the next day after restarting the machine（to determine reproducibility）.The signal intensity of the area of interest was recorded under different b values.The obtained data were processed by special workstation to get the ADC_（slow）value,ADC_（fast）value,f value and ADC_（standard）value.The paired t-test was used to compare the difference of each parameter among the repeated scans and the different gastric location.Repeatability and reproducibility of related parameters was analyzed by intraclass correlation coefficient（ICC）and Bland-Altman method.Results The similar results were obtained at the repeatability and reproducibility test respectively.There was no significant difference for IVIM-DWI parameters of gastric fundus and gastric antrum in both test respectively（P〉0.05）.The consistency of ADC_（slow）values were well on both locations（ICCvalue〉0.8）,and the other parameters values were all moderate（ICC=0.61-0.8）in both tests respectively.The ADC_（slow）,ADC_（fast）,f and ADC_（standard）values of IVIM-DWI were statistically different between the two locations（P〈0.05）.However,there was no significant difference in ADC_（standard）value between two groups.Conclusion ADC_（slow）has the best repeatability and reproducibility among all the IVIM-DWI parameters in normal gastric wall.ADC_（fast）,f and ADC_（standard）showmoderate repeatability and reproducibility.The ADC_（slow
