摘　　要：目的:探讨与研究早期肠内营养支持对临床高血压脑出血术后重症患者的临床治疗效果,总结临床护理对策。方法:选择安徽医科大学附属合肥医院收治的高血压脑出血术后重症患者共80例纳入研究并随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例;对照组患者给予前期肠外营养支持联合后期肠内营养支持,观察组患者给予早期肠内营养支持,分析比较两组患者术后营养和临床治疗情况,总结针对性护理对策。结果:观察组患者临床营养相关指标显著优于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,以上差异均具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:将早期肠内营养支持应用于临床高血压脑出血术后重症患者干预中,可显著改善患者术后营养状况,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床应用推广。Objective To study and research the clinical effect of early enteral nutrition support for severe patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after operation,and summarize nursing strategy.Method Totally 80 cases of the hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after operation as the subject were investigated then divided them into the observation group and control group,each group 40 cases.Take the control group one with the prophase parenteral nutrition support combined with late enteral nutrition support,the observation group with early enteral nutrition support,the nutritional status and clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed and compared,and the corresponding nursing countermeasures was summarized.Result The observation group s clinical nutrition-related indicators was better than the control group,while the adverse reaction rate was less than the control group,which all had statistical significance in them（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Taking care patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after operation with the early enteral nutrition support is a good way to improve the nutritional status after operation and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which are worthy of clinical application.
