摘 要:目的探讨临产前后胎心率监护联合胎儿脐血流监护在预测产时胎儿情况中的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2018年4月期间于本院待产的高危妊娠孕妇120例,所有孕妇均利用胎心监护仪及彩色多普勒超声仪进行检查,监测胎心率及胎儿脐血流情况,并根据检查结果将120例孕妇分为NST异常组(A组)、超声异常组(B组)及联合组(C组),各40例,对比3组孕妇胎儿窘迫、羊水污染及新生儿窒息发生情况。结果 C组胎儿窘迫、羊水污染及新生儿窒息发生率均高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临产前后胎心率监护联合胎儿脐血流监测在预测产时胎儿情况中发挥重要作用,可及时、有效的反映胎儿宫内窘迫情况,并可及时对临床处理作出指导,减少新生儿窒息发生情况,其诊断价值较高。Objective To investigate the effect of fetal heart rate combined with umbilical blood flow monitoring before and after labor in predicting fetal conditions. Methods 120 high-risk pregnant women awaiting delivery in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected. All the pregnant women were examined by foetus ECG monitor and color flow Doppler sonography. The fetal heart rate and umbilical blood flow were monitored. 120 cases of pregnant women were divided into abnormal NST group (A group), abnormal ultrasound group (B group) and combined group (C group) by examination results, with 40 cases in each group. The fetal distress, amniotic fluid pollution and neonatal asphyxia were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of fetal distress, amniotic fluid pollution and neonatal asphyxia in C group was higher than that in A and B group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Fetal heart rate combined with umbilical blood flow monitoring before and after labor plays an important role in predicting fetal conditions, it can immediately and effectively reflect fetal distress, so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment and reduce neonatal asphyxia, which has higher diagnostic value.
