摘　　要：目的探析瑞舒伐他汀联合麝香保心丸对冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者疗效的影响。方法选取本院2015年2月至2017年2月收治的的64例冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,每组32例。对照组应用常规治疗药物以及瑞舒伐他汀,观察组在对照组基础上加用麝香保心丸,比较两组治疗前后疗效及血脂全套与糖化血红蛋白水平变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组血脂全套与糖化血红蛋白水平差异均无统计学意义。治疗后观察组TC、TG、LDL-C均水平明显降低(P<0.05),HDL-C水平明显提高(P<0.05);对照组指标改变差异无统计学意义。结论瑞舒伐他汀联合麝香保心丸对合并2型糖尿病的冠心病患者具有较为确切的疗效,能够有效降低血脂,拮抗动脉粥样硬化,临床应用前景广阔。Objective To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin combined with Shexiang Baoxin Pill on the effect of coronary heart disease combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 64 patients with coronary heart disease combined with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment drugs and rosuvastatin. The observation group was added Shexiang Baoxin Pills on the basis of the control group. The curative effect and the changes of blood lipid and glycosylated hemoglobin levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups of blood lipids and glycosylated hemoglobin levels. After treatment, the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the observation group decreased significantly （P 〈 0.05）, while the levels of HDL-C increased significantly （P 〈 0.05）, while there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group. Conclusion Rosuvastatin combined with Shexiang Baoxin Pills has a definite effect on patients with coronary heart disease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus, which can effectively reduce blood lipids and antagonize atherosclerosis, and has broad clinical application prospects.
