摘　　要：目的了解患者心电检查申请的时间分布特点,为科室管理决策提供依据。方法 HIS系统中提取本院2013年1月至2018年7月间所有患者的心电检查申请数据,按年分别统计和分析门诊、住院、门诊+住院3种情况下的患者心电检查时间分布特征。结果统计区间内累积检查59.03万例患者,每年间,门诊与住院患者心电检查的高峰时间差异都不明显:总体来说,1年中的3、5月都是心电检查高峰月,2月基本都是全年最低;一周内,周一、周二检查量最高,周六周日最低;一日内,患者检查时间显示大小两峰分布,门诊与住院有明显差异,但总体来说上午9～10时检查人数最多,下午16～17时检查人数最多。结论全面了解心电检查的时间分布特征,可为科室精细化管理提供参考。Objective The study aims to understand the time distribution of patients＇ request for ECG examination in order to provide reference for decision making. Methods The study analyzes the data of patients＇ request for ECG examination in the hospital information system （HIS） from January 2013 to July 2018, and it further analyzes the annual time distribution of such requests respectively for outpatients, inpatients, outpatients and inpatients. Results About 590,300 ECG examinations were carried out over this statistical period in the hospital, and there was no obvious difference in the peak time for ECG examination between outpatients and inpatients among the years. In general, March and May are the highest months for ECG examination, while February is the lowest on annual basis. Monday and Tuesday have highest number of ECG examination, while Saturday has the lowest on weekly basis. There are two peak periods for ECG examination in a day, with an obvious difference between the outpatients and the inpatients. In general, the two peak periods are distributed on 09：00-10：00 and 16：00-17：00. Conclusion A good understanding of the time distribution of ECG examination helps to provide support for refined management.
