复方米非司酮片在疤痕子宫患者中孕期引产中的应用

摘　　要：目的讨论瘢痕子宫孕妇中期妊娠引产方法。方法对85例中期妊娠疤痕子宫要求引产的孕妇分组。观察组:采用复方米非司酮片联合利凡诺注射液腔内注射引产;对照组:采用单纯利凡诺注射液腔内注射引产。观察产程启动时间、产程结束时间、产时出血、胎盘完整性、引产手术成功机率、有无严重并发症。结果两组孕妇手术成功机率及产时出血无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。但复方米非司酮片联合利凡诺注射液腔内注射引产组用药后产程启动时间、产程结束时间、胎盘完整性明显优于单纯利凡诺腔内注射引产组(P<0.05),两组孕妇发生子宫破裂等并发症情况无统计学意义P>0.05。结论对疤痕子宫孕妇中期妊娠引产采用复方米非司酮片联合利凡诺注射液腔内注射引产组优于单纯利凡诺注射液腔内注射引产,但引产过程中需严密监护,以防子宫破裂胎盘早剥等并发症的发生。Objective Discusses the method of induced labor during mid-term pregnancy in scar uterus.Methods 85 pregnant women with medium term pregnancy scar uterus requiring induced labor were divided into 2 groups. Observation Group：Intravasal injection induced by complex Mifepristone ＋ Lifan injection;Control group：Intravasal injection induced by simple rifano injection.To observe the time of contractions, fetal birth time, postpartum hemorrhage,placental residual rate, induced labor success rate, uterine rupture and other complications.Results The success rate of induced labor and postpartum hemorrhage in two groups of pregnant women had no significant statistical significance（P〈0.05）.However,the intrauterine contractions,fetal discharge time and placental membrane residues were significantly shorter than those of Lifan and Danchunlifannuo（P〈0.05）.The complications of uterine rupture in two groups of pregnant women were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Mifepristone＋levanolone injection is superior to simple levanolone injection in induced labor in the middle pregnancy of scar uterus.However,the process of induced labor needs to be closely monitored to prevent the occurrence of complications such as uterine rupture and placenta abruption.
