科技金融效率测算及其对产业结构升级的影响研究——基于中部六省的实证分析

摘　　要：当前,我国积极实施供给侧改革与创新驱动战略,引领科技创新,优化产业结构,中部六省也大力发展科技金融,以此促进高新技术产业发展,进而助力产业结构升级。本文采用2009—2016年面板数据,基于DEA-Malmquist指数方法测算了中部六省的科技金融效率,从科技金融投入角度进一步研究了科技金融效率的影响因素;基于中部六省产业结构的实际,利用PVAR模型分析了科技金融效率与产业结构合理化、高级化的影响。结合中部地区打造全国重要先进制造中心的战略定位,为进一步优化产业结构,提出针对中部六省发展科技金融的政策建议。At present,China actively implements supply-side reform and innovation-driven strategies for technological innovation and industrial structure optimization.The six provinces in central China vigorously develop science and technology finance to promote the development of high-tech industries in order to upgrading industrial structure.Based on panel data from 2009 to2016,this study calculates efficiency of science and technology finance in the six provinces of central region based on the DEAMalmquist method;from the perspective of input,the research further studied the factors influencing the efficiency of science and technology finance.Using the PVAR model,it analyzed that interrelationship between efficiency of science and technology finance and the rationalization or upgrading of industrial structure.Based on the strategic orientation of establishing important advanced manufacturing center in central China,we propose policy recommendations for the development of science and technology finance in the six central provinces.
