摘　　要：针对当前卷烟材料成本分析数据收集完整性差,缺乏科学理论依据,以人工定性分析为主的现状,建立了基于数据挖掘技术与统计方法相耦合的卷烟材料成本分析模型,按材料类别、规格、供应商进行卷烟材料成本的多维度分析。通过模型应用,诊断与分析生产工艺水平,管理水平及原辅料采购等环节对卷烟材料成本的影响规律,实现对供应商成本与利润率的全面分析,获得卷烟材料的"近真实成本"。Aiming at the poor collection integrity of the current analysis of the cost of cigarette materials, the lack of scientifc theoretical basis and the present situation of artifcial qualitative analysis, this paper proposes an analysis model of cigarette material cost based on the data mining technology and statistical method, which is used to multi-dimensional analyze the cost of cigarette material, according to material category, specifcation and supplier. Through the application of the model, this paper diagnoses and analyses the impact of production technology level, management level, the procurement of raw materials and other aspects to the cigarette material costs, which accomplishes a comprehensive analysis of supplier costs and proft margins, then acquire the “near real cost” of cigarette material cost.
