摘  要:介绍了增材制造中常用的SLC文件,同时对SLC文件进行读取。在增材制造中,为了成型精度,提出了一种结合顶点偏置和线段偏置的轮廓偏置算法。该算法对拥有不同特点的轮廓线区别对待,分别采用线段偏置以及顶点偏置相结合的方法得到偏置线。充分考虑轮廓线在偏置过程中遇到的自相交以及与内轮廓之间的互相交问题,得到该层平面轮廓的扫描线路径。This paper introduces the commonly used SLC fles in addition manufacturing, and reads the SLC fles at the same time. In addition, a contour offset algorithm combining vertex offset and line segment offset is proposed for the sake of forming accuracy in the process of incremental manufacturing. The algorithm treats the contours with different characteristics differently, and obtains the offset lines by the method of line segment offset and vertex offset respectively. Considering the self-intersection of the contour and the intersection between the contour and the inner contour, the scanning path of the plane contour is obtained.
