摘  要:厌氧氨氧化(anammox)是一种新型废水生物脱氮工艺,因其高效低耗的优势,在废水生物脱氮领域具有广阔的应用前景.然而废水中存在的重金属对anammox菌产生抑制甚至毒害作用,制约了anammox工艺的推广应用.文章结合厌氧氨氧化菌自身优势和受限条件,综述了重金属对厌氧氨氧化菌的短期、长期影响,探讨了其作用机理,并据此提出调控策略.Anaerobic ammonium oxidation (anammox) process is a new biological nitrogen removal process. Because of its advantages of high efficiency and low consumption, it has broad application prospects in the field of wastewater biological nitrogen removal. However, the presence of heavy metals in wastewater can inhibit or even poison the anammox bacteria, which restricts the popularization and application of anammox process. Combined with the advantages and limitations of anammox bacteria, the short-term and long-term effects of heavy metals on anammox bacteria are reviewed, the action mechanism and regulating strategies are also discussed.
