摘　　要：运用文献资料法、数理统计法等,分析大学生《国家学生体质健康标准》评价的效能,依据《标准》的评价体系,从大学生体质健康测试、评价(个体、群体)、预警(黄、橙、红三级预警和升降预警)、反馈(信息、网络平台)、干预五个方面相互衔接、相互配合的机制视角来建立"测试(监测)→评价→预警→反馈→干预→测试(监测)"预警机制动态系统。预警机制模型的建立,不仅对学生体质健康测试数据具有评价功能,同时具有监控功能。体质健康预警的建立是《标准》评价效能的优化措施,将反馈与干预相结合,使学生体质健康评价更具有针对性;同时,通过不同颜色的预警警示使《标准》抽象的等级评价更加具体化,增加学生对体质健康评价的关注度,促进学生产生体质健康危机意识,从而达到主动参与体育锻炼,提高体质健康水平的目的。This paper deeply analyzed the effectiveness of the evaluation of college students＇ ＂State student＇ s health standards＂ by using the methods of literature review and mathematical statistics, and according to the evaluation system of ＂State student＇ s health standards＂, it sets up the mechanism of dynamic system of the ＂test （monitoring） → evaluation → warning → feedback → intervention → test （monitoring）＂ early warning from students＇ physique health test and evaluation （individual and group）, early warning （yellow, orange and red 3 early warning and lifting）, feedback （information, network platform）, intervention to join each other five cooperate with each other angle of mechanism. The establishment of the early-warning mechanism model not only has the function of evaluating students＇ physical health test data, but also has the function of monitoring. The establishment of early warning of physical health is an optimized measure for evaluating the efficacy of the standard, which combines feedback with intervention to make students＇ evaluation of physical health more targeted. At the same time, through different colors of the early warning alert ＂standard＂ embodies the level of abstraction evaluation, increase students＇ interest in physical health assessment, promote the student＇ s physical health crisis consciousness, to achieve the initiative to participate in physical training, improve the level of physical health purposes.
