摘　　要：多角度审视中医药社区卫生服务发展的现状与态势,提出创新智慧中医药社区卫生服务必须充分发挥市场在资源配置中的决定性作用,整合调动利益各方的参与热情,依靠多翼向心创建网状组织结构、多渠分流构建互动沟通平台、多层聚类优化资源放置框架、多维协同培育跨界供给团队、多元回归探索风险决策模型、多方聚焦创立绩效考核体系。This paper takes a fresh look at the status and tendency of community health services with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） from multiple angles. It puts forward the conception that the innovation of in the intelligent community TCM health services can be achieved by giving full play of the market in its decisive role in the resource allocation, activating the passions of all stakeholders to participate, creating a network structure through the multi wing centripetal, establishing an interactive communication platform by the multi-channel diversion, optimizing the framework of resource placement through the multi-layer clustering, cultivating the cross boundary supply team relying on the multi-dimensional collaboration, exploring the risk decision-making model by the multiple regression, and creating a performance assessment system relying on contribution of minds from all facets.
