合肥城市贫困人口社会救助存在的问题和措施

摘　　要：随着中国城市化进程的发展、经济体制改革和产业结构调整,城市相对贫困群体的规模有明显的上升之势,城市贫困问题已成为政府亟待解决的社会问题。建立和完善多元化社会救助体系是我国社会救助工作的必然选择。通过分析合肥市城市贫困人口社会救助中存在的问题,提出了构建政府为主导的多元化救助体系、促进社会救助对象能力提升、拓宽社会救助资金筹集渠道、进一步完善社会救助管理等改善合肥市城市贫困人口社会救助工作的措施。With the development of urbanization,economic restructuring and industrial restructuring in China.The problem of urban poverty has increasingly become a social problem that the government needs to solve.Establishing and improving a diversified social assistance system is an inevitable choice.By analyzing the problems existing in the social assistance for the urban poor population,some suggestions are proposed to build a government led diversified aid system,to promote the ability of the social assistance objects,to broaden the channels for raising social assistance funds,and to improve the social assistance management for the urban poor population in Hefei.
