摘 要:采用天津水泥工业设计研究院有限公司独有的选粉机CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)数值研究平台,首先对选粉机几种常见动叶片的阻力性能、选粉效率进行了数值研究,提出了兼顾阻力与效率的U型动叶片选粉机,其次在充分的理论及试验研究基础上,在前进冶金科技有限公司的TRMS43.3矿渣磨选粉机等数个现场进行了工业应用,取得了良好的效果,为粉磨系统的节能降耗提供了一种具有良好工业应用价值的技术方案。CFD numerical research platform of classifier built and solely owned by Tianjin Cement In- dustry Design and Research Institute is used to simulate the pressure loss and classifying efficiency of the blades widely used in industry, by which a new U shape blades classifier with low pressure loss and high efficiency is put forward. Secondly, several industrial application sites such as the classifier of TRMS43.3 slag vertical roller mill in QIANJIN Metallurgy Technology Ltd. are carried out on the basis of adequate theory studies as well as experiments, and good performance are achieved in all the industrial application sites, thereby providing a technology choose with good industrial application val- ue to realize the energy conservation of grinding system
