摘  要:对10个产地北沙参中多糖的提取率、可溶性总糖含量、黏度、分子量分布、抗氧化及降血糖活性进行了研究。结果表明:产地不同,北沙参多糖的理化性质和生物活性存在差异,但具有相似的紫外、红外光谱学性质及分子量分布。多糖提取率范围在(13.20±0.07)%~(26.75±0.01)%之间,可溶性总糖含量范围为(81.28±0.02)%~(89.10±0.10)%,黏度范围为(6.55±0.05)Pa·s~(9.40±0.10)Pa·s;其中产地为河北安国的北沙参多糖对DPPH和羟基自由基的清除率以及对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制率最高,半数清除率浓度(half maximal inhibitory concentration,IC50)分别为0.237、0.564、10.614 mg/mL。The extraction rate, soluble total sugar content, viscosity, molecular weight distribution, antioxidant and hypoglycemic activities of Glehnia/ittoralis polysaccharides from 10 habitats were studied. The results showed that polysaccharides from different origins had diiterent physicochemical properties and biological activities, but they had similar ultraviolet and infrared spectroscopy properties and molecular weight distribution. The extraction rate of polysaccharides ranged from (13.20±0.07) % to (26.75 ±0.01 ) %, the total soluble sugar content ranged from (81.28±0.02) % to (89.10±0.10) %, and the viscosity ranged from (6.55±0.05 ) Pa·s to (9.40+0.10) Pa" s. The polysaccharides from the G/ehnia/ittoralis of Hebei Anguo had the highest scavenging rate of DPPH and hydroxyl radicals and the highest inhibition rate of α-glucosidase, and the half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) was 0.237, 0.564 mg/mL and 10.614 mg/mL, respectively.
