摘 要:探讨锡林刺辊线速比对成纱质量指标的影响。在一定的刺辊速度、3种不同的锡林速度下,锡林刺辊线速比分别设定为1.5、2.0和2.5共3种进行试验。在其他工艺相同的条件下分别纺制3种不同线密度的纱线,使用USTER ME100型、USTER ZWEIGLE HL400型和YG063T型测试仪对纱线条干、毛羽和强力指标进行检测。通过采用纱线综合质量分析的方法来评定纱线质量。结果显示:当所纺纱线密度较低时,增加锡林刺辊线速比有利于纱线综合质量的提高;但是当所纺纱线密度较大(29.5tex)时,并不是锡林刺辊线速比越大越好。本次试验的锡林刺辊线速比为2.0时,29.5tex纱线的综合质量最优。Influence of cylinder licker in linear speed ratio on yarn quality indexes was discussed. At a certain speed of licker in and three speeds of cylinder,three kinds of experiments were performed with cylinder linker in linear speed ratio as 1.5,2.0 and 2.5 separately. Three kinds of yarn with different linear density were spun in same other condition. The yarn evenness,hairiness and strength were tested by USTER ME100, USTER ZWEI GLE HL400 and YG063T tester. The yarn quality was evaluated through the method of yarn overall quality ana lyses. The test results showed that increasing cylinder and licker in speed ratio was beneficial to the improvement of yarn overall quality when the spun yarn linear density was lower. However,when the spun yarn linear density was bigger than 29.5 rex,it was not better for larger linear speed ratio. When the cylinder licker in linear speed ratio is 2.0,the overall quality of 29.5 tex is the best.
