摘　　要：探讨影响梳棉机道夫转移率的因素。分析了梳棉机道夫转移率对于生条质量及成纱指标的影响,通过相关试验数据分析,阐述了锡林和道夫规格、针布参数、工艺参数等因素对道夫转移率的影响情况。认为:梳棉机道夫转移率的优化分析有助于梳理工艺设计的改进和梳棉机产量的提高。Influence factor of doffer transfer rate in carding machine was discussed. Influence of doffer trans fer rate in carding machine on card sliver quality and yarn indexes were analyzed. Through related experimental data analyses,the influence situations of cylinder ＆ doffer type,card clothing parameters,process parameters and so on were explained. It is considered that the optimization analyses of doffer transfer rate in carding machine is beneficial to the improvement of carding process design and the improvement of carding machine output.
