摘 要:探讨基于双通道环锭数码纺的混色纱制备及不同梯度配比下纤维混和颜色的变化规律。简述了环锭数码纺成纱系统,并研究了数字化牵伸调控纤维混纺比生产混色纱的成纱机制;通过超景深三维显微镜简要分析了环锭数码混色纱的结构;通过织物颜色测试建立色卡,全面地呈现梯度配比下的环锭数码纺混色纱颜色变化规律。认为:通过来样与色卡对比,根据粗纱原料、混纺比例和成纱工艺,可较为快速地确定环锭数码混色纱的生产工艺。The preparation of color blended yarn based on double channel digital ring spinning and the color change rule of fiber blended with different gradient matching ratios were discussed. The spinning mechanism of digital ring spinning was introduced. The spinning mechanism to produce color blended yarn by adjusting and con trolling fiber blending ratios with digitally drafting were studied. The structure of digital ring spun color bended yarn was briefly analyzed in ultra deep three dimensional microscope. The color card was established by testing the fabric colors. The color change rule of color blended yarn spun of gradient matching ratios with digital ring spinning was fully presented. It is considered that the process of color blended yarn spun with digital ring spinning can be quickly determined according to the raw material of roving, blending ratio and spinning process by compa ring the sample with color card.
