摘　　要：总结薄荷纤维牛仔织物仿针织风格的设计要点。模拟针织衬垫组织鱼鳞布、斜纹布的结构特点,经纱采用靛蓝纯棉纱,表、里纬分别采用棉氨包芯纱、薄荷纤维纱,总结了3种仿针织牛仔织物的设计要点,分析了各试样的特点。结果表明:设计仿针织牛仔织物时可选用纬二重组织;表、里组织的配合是关键;要根据表里纬纱线密度、织物正反面紧度等设计投纬比。认为:设计的织物具有针织物的柔软手感,改善了传统牛仔硬挺的缺陷。The design key points of knitting like styIe of mint fiber denim fabric were summarized. The structure properties of french terry and twill fabrics with knitting laid in stitch texture were simulated. Indigo blue cotton yarn was used as warp. Cotton spandex core spun yarn and mint fiber yarn were used as surface weft and inner weft separately. The design key points of three kinds of knitting like denim fabric were summarized. The properties of each sample were analyzed. The test results showed that double weft texture could be selected when the knitting-like style denim fabric was designed. The match of surface and inner texture was the key. The weft insertion ratio should be designed according to the surface inner weft linear density, the front back tightness of the fabric and so on. It is considered that the fabric designed has the softer hand feeling like knitted fabric and the dis advantage of traditional hard denim fabric is improved.
