摘  要:探讨腈纶/莫代尔/丝光细羊毛60/30/10 11.8tex赛络集聚纱的留白纺纱工艺要点。采用小量混和和双梳棉工艺,确保了混纺比的稳定,实现了精细化混和;通过赛络集聚纺纱方式和较低的纺纱速度缓解了纤维在加捻时的分布转移。解决了纺纱过程中混纺比波动大、纱线横截面纤维分布不均匀,布面不匀净,横档疵点多等问题。认为:通过一些列的优化措施,腈纶混纺留白纱线可以满足后道工序的质量要求。Spinning process main points of acrylic modal mercerized wool 60/30/10 11. 8 rex siro compact blank leaving blended yarn were discussed. Hand blending and double carding process were taken to make sure the stability of blending ratio and fine mixing was achieved. Distribution of the fibers during twisting was alleviated by siro compact spinning mode and the lower spinning speed. Problems during spinning were solved. The problems including blending ratio fluctuated greatly during the spinning process, the yarn cross section fiber distribution was uneven,the cloth surface was uneven and unclear, cross bar defect was large. It is considered that acrylic blank leaving blended yarn can meet the quality requirements of the subsequent processes through a series of opti mization measures.
