摘 要:探讨影响赛络纺回花量与成纱断裂强力的主要工艺因素,并对其进行优选。以T 13.4tex赛络纱为例,选择细纱后区牵伸倍数、粗纱捻系数和喇叭口间距三个影响赛络纺回花量的主要工艺因素,进行单因素试验和正交试验,分析不同工艺配置对赛络纺回花量与成纱断裂强力的影响。结果表明:细纱后区牵伸1.38倍、粗纱捻系数67.3、喇叭口间距5.0mm为较优组合。认为:赛络纺工艺参数的优化可有效降低笛管吸棉量,提高制成率。The main process factors affecting cotton waste amount and the yarn breaking strength were discussed and optimized. Taking T 13.4 tex siro yarn as an example,yarn back zone drafting times,roving twist factor and bell space were selected as main process factors affecting siro cotton waste amount. Single factor test and orthogonal test were carried out to analyze influence of different process configurations on cotton waste amount and breaking strength of siro yarn. The result showed that yarn back zone drafting times was 1.38, roving twist factor was 67.3 and the bell space was 5.0mm. It is considered that cotton amount of suction tube can be effectively reduced by optimization of siro process parameters. The production rate can be improved.
