摘  要:总结一款棉锦纶弹力小提花织物的生产工艺。以C 14.5tex纱和锦纶8.3tex本白长丝为经纱,介绍了织物设计规格;GA015型络筒机速度608m/min;优选浆料配方,控制浆纱速度在55m/min~60m/min;重点对织机工艺进行了优化,包括双织轴、开口时间、进剑时间、退剑时间、剪切时间、后梁高度等。通过工艺优化和采取相关技术措施,保证了产品顺利生产,最终织机效率达88%以上。认为:开发的织物适宜于作夏季时尚面料。Production process of cotton nylon elastic dobby weave fabric was summarized. The fabric design specification was introduced,C 14.5 tex yarn and nylon 8.3 tex white filament were used as warp. GA015 coner winding machine speed was 608 m/min. Sizing instruction was optimized, sizing speed was controlled between 55 m/min and 60 m/min. The weaving machine process was focused and optimized, including two beam, shed timing,rapier entering timing,rapier exitting timing,shear timing, back beam height and so on. Through process optimization and related technology measures,the successful production of products was guaranteed and loom effi- ciency was reached over 88%. It is considered that the developed fabric is suitable for summer fashion fabrics.
