摘 要:研究蜂窝状三维纺织复合材料的隔热性能。设计开发了3种材料、6种孔径的蜂窝状三维织物,以环氧树脂为基体材料进行了复合加工,采用防护热板法对不同试样进行了隔热性能测试。结果表明:蜂窝状三维纺织复合材料具有良好的隔热性能;纤维材料的导热性对复合材料的导热性能有一定影响;同一种纤维材料的蜂窝状三维纺织复合材料,其孔径的大小对导热系数影响较大;蜂窝状三维纺织复合材料的孔隙率与其隔热性呈线性关系。认为:研制的蜂窝状三维纺织复合材料可用于做防震棚墙体、屋顶材料等。Thermal insulation properties of honeycomb three dimensional textile composite material were discussed. Three kinds of materials and six kinds pore diameter honeycomb three dimensional fabrics were designed and developed. The epoxy resin was used as the matrix material for composite processing. The thermal insulation properties of different samples were tested by the protective hot plate method. The result showed that the honey comb three dimensional textile composite material has better thermal insulation property. Thermal conductivity of fiber material had certain influence on thermal conductivity of composite material. Pore size of the same honey comb three dimensional textile composite material had considerable effect on thermal conductivity. Porosity of ho neycomb three dimensional textile composite material was linear with thermal insulation. It is considered that the developed honeycomb three dimensional textile composite material can be used for anti vibration shed wall and roofing materials.
