摘　　要：探讨涂布过程起皱原因及相应的解决措施。从设备状况、基材情况、生产工艺等方面,分析了涂布过程中引起起皱的原因,并提出了相应的解决方案。实际生产中,遇到问题应该多总结、多积累;面对起皱现象时,需从基材质量入手,注重工艺缺陷的排查和设备、配件状况的实时检查,才能有效杜绝涂布过程中出现的起皱现象,最终稳定产品质量。Cause of creping in coating process and the corresponding solutions were discussed. From the as pects of equipment condition,substrate condition and production process,the causes of creping in coating process were analyzed and corresponding solutions were proposed. In actual production, problems should be summarized and accumulated. In face of creping,it was necessary to start from quality of substrate,pay attention to the inspec tion of process defects and real time inspection of equipment condition and parts. Then creping in coating process could be effectively eliminated and product quality could be ultimately stabilized.
