摘 要:探讨浆纱工序实现智能制造的途径。分析了当前浆纱行业实现智能制造的难点,探讨了浆纱智能制造目的所在,提出了一种浆纱智能制造的实现方式。认为:浆纱智能制造应分阶段逐步实现,当前应充分利用现有设备,以浆纱生产需要为中心,联合设备制造、自动化控制、软件开发、网络技术、工业机器人等相关方,利用信息采集、分析、处理,整合各类资源,打破目前分散的生产格局,组建超大规模专业浆纱生产中心,达到上浆成本最低、浆纱质量最高、浆纱专业技术人才最集中的目的,为浆纱智能制造奠定坚实基础。Ways to realize intelligent manufacturingin sizing process were discussed. The difficultiesof reali zing intelligent manufacturing in sizing industry were analyzed. The purpose of sizing intelligent manufacturing was discussed and an implementation method of sizing intelligent manufacturing was proposed. It is considered that sizing intelligent manufacturing should be realized step by step. At present,existing equipment should be fully utilized and sizing production needs should be the center. Equipment manufacturing, automation control, software development,network technology,industry robots and other related parties should be united. Information collec ring,analysis,processing and integration of various resources should be used to break the current scattered pro duction pattern. Ultra large scale professional sizing production center should be established to achieve the goal of the lowest sizing cost, the highest sizing quality and the most concentrated sizing professional technology talents. Then a solid foundation for sizing intelligent manufacturing can be laid.
